Do you have a plan for your life?

Do you have a plan for your life? A life plan of what you want to do and where you are going in life? It’s been proven through research that writing down our goals, affirmations, desires is more effective than not writing them down because it provides us with a “map” of what we want.

But here’s the thing! Many people don’t want to commit the time it will take to write one out. After all we are talking about a few hours here, and it is so highly unreasonable to expect anyone who wants to change their life to sit down and make time for a life plan!

But when you set aside the time, energy and commitment to your life plan you will create insights and excitement that will begin to motivate you towards achieving your goals and getting things done. Once you begin to successfully achieve your goals and targets you build your confidence and feel better about yourself.

All of that just for giving up a few hours of your time !

Eights Ways To Re-Ignite Motivation

These tips will show you what you can do when you lose sight of why you want to be more confident, lose motivation, and return to your old way of being:

1. Identify (or re-identify) your reasons for working towards getting more confident, what makes you want to achieve this goal? Why are you ready to do this now?

2. Make a list of the feelings you are experiencing when you lose your motivation and see if you can identify where they have come from. Recognize them as old patterns that no longer serve you and let them know you are no longer tolerating them in your life.

3. Think back to a time in the past when you were fully motivated, recall that time and get in touch with what was present for you. Where you feeling excited, passionate, determined? Make a list of what being motivated feels like.

4. Re-look at the goals you have set yourself and your next target. How close is your next target, re-discover the motivation you once had for them.

5. Make a commitment to read and/or write out your goal every day. Doing this not only helps to align you with what you want but it opens you up to support from universal sources.

6. Use visualization.  See yourself achieving your goal to be more confident, can you see it, feel it, smell it, taste it! See yourself achieving the goal/target and take joy in the reward you are giving yourself once it is complete, it’s important that you tap into your emotions as you do this.

7. Speak your goal. Say it out loud. What is it you want to achieve in being more confident? Let your ears pick up the sound of your voice, say it with passion and emotion!

8. Begin to coach yourself. Be your own confidence coach and ask yourself the following questions:

How will my next target/goal bring me closer to being more confident?
What will achieving my next target/goal do for me, my family, and/or friends?
What kind of lifestyle will I be able to have?
Why is achieving this important to me?
What value is this goal fulfilling for me?
After answering those questions ask yourself, is the “why” part of my goal to get more confident compelling enough? If not, what can you add to make it really pull you towards it?
There really is nothing to “do” when you want to step into motivation and this is the great thing about it, it is all about who you are “being” as a person. So if you want to be motivation then just commit to take action because that usually begins to spark the motivational flame!
To work towards getting more confident and enjoying life is within your reach. There is nothing difficult to do or expensive to buy, it is all about the power of harnessing your emotions and getting them to do what you want rather than the other way round!  When you master that skill, and you will reap the benefits of more confidence and the fun filled life that being confident ensures.

The day they went over

Like houses they stood

Row upon row

waiting to go over

But saying their prayers

and hoping against hope

that they wouldn’t have to go over

They thought of their wives, their girfriends, their mates

Who didn’t want them to go over

For when they went over

The whiste blew

Crisp and shrill

On easter Sunday morning

And that was the day

That the men went over

Adding advertising to your blog

There are a long list of advertising opportunities when it comes to making money from blogging.

Adsense is of course one of the more popular. You insert code on your blog or in your side panel that displays relevant adverts based on the content you write in your blog. Its free to sign up to adsense and easy to get started. Adsense is more than just text ads now, video and images are also available. Add a Google search box to your blog and if someone searches and clicks on a link that earns you money too! Of course you need a good readership to make that happen so focus on that first.

Some advertising opportunities are similar to Adsense and display text ads; others display contextual ads, the double underline words in the body of your text, and others work with graphic ads. Here is a list of other advertising sources for your blog, any of which may be the perfect advertising solution for you.

Clicksor – This advertising solution serves contextual ads within the body of your blog. These ads are simply words that are underlined twice and when clicked, send users to the sponsor’s website.

TargetPoint – Cost per click ads that display ads relevant to your content. They claim to pay out 50% of click revenue and offer many customizable features.

Adbrite – They have a few different advertising options including text ads, banner ads, inline ads, and full page ads.

Chitika – This advertising option is designed specifically for blogs and there are different advertising programs to choose form including text ads, inline ads, and graphic ads. Most of them operate on a cost per click basis.

Veoda – They also have different ad options including text, graphical, flash and inline ads. The good thing about Veoda is that they do not require a minimum number of visitors to sign up and do not require tax information which is good for small blogs that are just starting out.

Kontera – This is another inline advertising source where ads are placed as highlighted words that display a message when they are hovered over.

Text Link Ads – This site allows purchasers to buy text ads on blogs for a fixed monthly fee. The more popular your blog is, the more your ads will cost and the more money you will make.

Affiliate Sensor – This advertising solution combines the best of text ads with affiliate marketing. You earn revenue through Clickbank, an affiliate marketing program, without having to market directly in your blog. Text ads are placed, matched to your content, on your blog that link to Clickbank products.

AllFeeds – You can display a variety of ads through AllFeeds, from contextual ads, popaway ads, and text links. You can also display news and whether right form your blog with this service.

Bidvertiser – You only display ads from the highest bidder with this advertising soloution and you can block ads that you do not want to appear on your site. The payout level is set relatively low at just $10.

As you can see, there are plenty of other advertising solutions for your blog, and there are plenty more out there besides the ones mentioned here. You can always sell ad space directly, to companies or businesses that are related to your blog topic.

There are a few things you should remember before placing ads on your blog, however. Unobtrusive ads will seldom drive traffic away, but too many tacky ads will cause visitors to leave. You want to find a good balance where you can earn income but not chase off visitors. Make sure your ads are relevant and not annoying. Make sure that they do not take up too much space or become the focal point of your blog.

Also I personally hate blogs full of banners and ads in the sidebar, it takes away from the message of a blog with multiple flashing banners going off but ultimately you are designing your blog and its your call.
