5 simple problem solving tactics
If you have a problem that you just can’t seem to solve here are five easy steps you can take to help you through it.
Just ask yourself first to
1. Define the problem
Write down the problem exactly as you see it
2. What are the causes?
What is causing this problem? Make sure you look at your role in this problem too not just everyone else
3. List posssible solutions
Write them all out, as many as you can. What are the possible solutions to this problem
4. What’s your best option?
What is your best option to solving this problem? Will you need to involve someone else?
5. What action do I need to take?
Write down not only what action you need to take but also by when you will take it
