Defining self-care is easy because it’s the opposite of self-sabotage or self-control. It isn’t about getting your hair and nails done – and while that is important to help you feel good about yourself my focus here is on a much deeper level.
Self-care is about Self-care is for the needs within you. Self-care is caring for your soul, your inner self, and your very being. Throughout this booklet when I refer to self-care I am actually talking about taking care of yourself on a holistic level including the emotional, physical and spiritual areas of your life.

All the free information I provide is great to get started and it will help you get setup and ready but there is still a lot of work to do like promoting your new blog and getting people to visit it. A blog like this one is the easiest way to get started online which is why I recommend it. For the cost of a domain name ($5-10 a year) and hosting ($4-10) a month you can have your own home based business that you can build even if you are working full time right now.
With the right support and motivation (which is provided in Blog Success) it wont take you long to succeed. You shortern your learning curve, get excellent technical support and will make money blogging sooner than someone who isn’t learning how to from a professional (imho)

Everyone has a purpose and you will know it if you are actually putting your passion to use every day and making a lot of money from it.
No one should be unhappy with their daily lives. Many people put off their passions because of obstacles in the way that they cannot seem to get past. You don’t have to put off your passions. You can get past the obstacles and there are many ways.
What makes you happy is subjective. You won’t like the same things as everyone else and vice versa. You have control over your happiness and when you learn how you can take control you will be very successful. There are many things that you need to do and ask yourself in order to truly understand what you passion is and how you can work toward it.
Learn how you can remove barriers that are not healthy for you and stopping you from following your dreams. When you remove barriers you will finally be free and happy.
If you really want to live out your passion you will need to do many things. It is entirely up to you and there are many things you can focus on to help you become successful.

Is it about the money or what the money can give you?
Many of us are striving towards achieving something or we want to be. We work extra hours, put in extra effort and do a lot more than we normally would do in an effort to have more than we currently have.
I believed that all this striving was because I wanted a bigger house, a better car, more money – but then I realized that actually what I wanted was freedom and peace of mind from knowing money is no longer a problem.
I have shared my story of how I went from wanting the stuff and believing I could get it on my own, into becoming spiritual and believing God would give me everything without doing anything before realizing that it takes a combination of the two to thrive even with the economy the way it is now.
Hopefully my journey will help you through yours.
