That was August 2006! Its December 2008 and the course is only just about to start and I am still looking at putting this together. Why has it taken so long? Because Discovering Greatness is a process of self realization and the only way for me to write it is to go through the process myself!

Yesterday God delivered to me the entire book. How it should be put together and what it should include. That was 28th December 2008.

It's a good thing I'm in no particular hurry with it all! :)

Ok, first off, Diane, this site is wonderful. I appreciate coming here, as I have been now, for a few weeks, for more than just one reason; clean and simple to navigate, and FULL of great conversation. But you said something in the short little 'Hello', that grabbed me and made me stay for a while...

"This is a site about self realization. My own and YOURS! I am sharing my journey and by doing that my intention is that I will help you on yours."

That is IT. At the core, for a while now, I have been holding onto MY project, and have just recently begun to unveil it. But IT, at it's root, is about a collective journey, and it is from that, that we ALL are able to transcend the place we stand in today.

Specifically, to the point of Awareness, I have found as well, that this is something lacking in many peoples drive to 'greatness'. But I enjoy a functional discussion of HOW to stimulate that awareness.

I write about the necessity to spend serious time learning YOU, loving YOU, and finding YOUR source, as noted by the wonderful W. Dyer. That SOURCE is the place where we find US, our path, and our purpose.

Like you said, there really ARE two choices. Wait for an event to PUSH you there, or make up your mind to FIND that place.

Ok, I'll stop rambling for now. But I'm headed elsewhere to leave another comment, as I read something the other night I wanted to talk about, but didnt have time.

Until...

KITF
Akiba

I would take time here to fully introduce myself, but I think you can glean that info from other sources, if you care to.

This comment, is simply to say, your approach, your delivery, and your energy are greatly appreciated.

My humblest and best wishes to you, and I look forward to enjoying your writing and journey, as mine unfolds as well.

Thanks for all the comments. Scott... no problem!

Robert. I'm glad that the video has made a difference to the way you think about tithing. As a new Christian I struggled with it a little because I was raised to believe that all churches want is your money so it can go into their pockets! But after reading about it I have a much better understanding now and give when I can because I choose to.

Thank you for your comment Pastor Chika. If it is an act of obedience then I definitely have come a long way because it's not like me to do as I am told usually :)

An act of appreciation is definitely how I see it.
