Still following Paul McKenna’s “I can make you thin” and I know I said I wasn’t weighing myself for two weeks but I just couldn’t help but take a peek! Especially as I really have been enjoying the “eat what you want, not what you think you should”
I was so very happy to see that I have finally broken through my 19st (266 lbs) glass ceiling that I have been stuck at for years and am now in the 18st 12lb (264 lb) weight range which means I have released another 3lb this week.
Chewing is getting better and not so much of a nuisance but still testing! Still doing my 3 mile daily walk 5 times a week and once I get to 253 lbs (18 stone) I will probably add something else to that to help release weight even faster!
