I am not sure if we need to overcome our own fear but instead we can learn to work with it, learn to manage it and decide to act in spite of it - we can all do that right now and still move forward. I think if I waited to overcome it I would still be the shy, quiet girl from 20 years ago! I felt the fear and I did it anyway (totally love that book!)
