I just love really GREAT ideas and this is one of those great ideas that I really wish I had come up with LOL

The day is about loving YOU, being kind to YOU, spending time with YOU. One of my favorite Sex In The City episodes was when Carrie took her fabulous single self out to lunch after accepting singlehood-dom! For me it was a real test of being okay with yourself (and being single). Of course you don’t have to be single to be part of this day but it will help you with being okay with yourself!

We believe that every woman has the right to fall madly in love with herself. To be so in love with who she is, to so deeply honor her body, mind and spirit that every choice she makes reflects that same deep honoring.

Loving yourself and being comfortable in your own skin is one of the most rewarding and precious gifts you can give yourself and if this is one of the first small steps you take then it is a great giant step in the right direction.

I hated myself for a long time. Until I was in my late twenties and now as I get older I am more attractive to people than ever but not because I look great but because of my energy. People find it attractive and not just men but women too.

So I invite you to do yourself a great big favor and spend the 13th February 2009 loving yourself in whatever way works for you

There is a kit to download that gives you some great examples and it looks as if a few people are running offline events. I would have loved to have run a London event but it is a little too late for me to get anything together right now – however who knows…. in 2010 I might just do that because hopefully this will be a yearly event!
