Thank you for visiting my site on building self confidence and becoming self expressed for women over 30. I want to support you in being able to say what you want to say and ask for what you want (self expression) as well as help you build the confidence in yourself that you will need to change your life. Anything from a small change like finding a new job, to a major change like moving to a new city or country requires decisions to be made and if you don’t have the self confidence to make those decisions you remain stuck and unhappy. Life’s way too short to wake up unhappy every day.

Through my writing I want to inspire you into action, guide you into action, move you towards being proactive and taking action! But I need your help because information without implementation is useless…. in order words – if you don’t actively use what you read your life will never change. You will remain stuck and unhappy.
Is This Blog Just For Women?
I write with women in mind and I share my personal story because women love to talk and share. When I share my story it inspires other women – many of us go through similar issues even if we are from different communities. Plus I believe we have a lot to learn by understanding our ‘story’ and sharing it. Guys. If you don’t mind the sharing and the focus on women you are more than welcome to join in. I appreciate and value men who are open enough to share their thoughts.
Same goes for age too. Under 40 and need self confidence support. Feel free to join in. I talk a lot about the “kids growing up and leaving to go to University (College) or leaving home” which may be something you are not going through right now so you can take out of the blog what works for you.
