Building self confidence for women | Self Confidence building for women

New here?

Thank you for visiting my site on building self confidence and becoming self expressed for women over 30.  I want to support you in three very important areas:

1. being able to say what you want to say and ask for what you want – in other words self expression and assertiveness. Two areas many women struggle with.

2. being able to handle/face life’s challenges by learning how to listen to and follow your inner voice. You have a natural, positive inner guidance system that will help you make decisions, work through fear and generally live life happy and on your own terms. That doesn’t mean bad things won’t happen but how you deal with those events in your life is what matters. Using your own inner voice to help guide you, you will glide through them rather than struggle.

3. having fun planning for ‘empty nest syndrome’ – the time in your life when your children grow up and leave home. Many women are left unhappy and feeling worthless at this time but I see it as a time to plan for and have fun. I am planning to travel the world and live in hot countries during the cold English winters. My youngest still has four years of education left then I’m off…. what’s your plan? If you don’t have one don’t worry. I’ll help you with that.

The confidence building information I share will help you build the self-confidence in yourself that you will need to move forward, change your life and have fun.

Anything from a small change like finding a new job, to a major change like moving to a new city or country requires decisions to be made. If you don’t have the self confidence to make those decisions you remain stuck and unhappy. Life’s way too short to wake up unhappy every day.

By learning how to listen to that sweet soft voice from within you, you learn how to rely on your inner guidance to make decisions and not on the good opinion (or not so good!) of others.

As a shy young woman I lived life unhappy and in fear of everything and everybody.  To read my personal bio click here. Now in my mid-forties I grow more at peace with who I am and spiritually as well as physically confident every day.

Most of the information is free and I appreciate your support by buying any of my personal growth eBooks that you think will add to your journey. I have kept them all at a low cost because this is more about changing lives than making money – only I can’t pay the rent by just changing lives :)

If money is tight and you can’t buy eBooks you can support the blog by sharing the blog posts on Facebook and via Twitter and leaving comments. I do reply to your questions and comments so feel free to leave them. There is also the LIKE button below that you can click now to LIKE this blog and share it with your Facebook friends.

To build self confidence you may sometimes have to have a WAX ON AND WAX OFF approach to life. What should you do next?

1. Sign up to stay in touch- the box to register is top right. You receive my newsletter and every time I write a blog post on here it will be sent to you via email so you will never miss one.

2. Watch the video below (all of it)

Through my writing I want to inspire you into action, guide you into action, move you towards being proactive and taking action! But I need your help because information without implementation is useless.… in order words – if you don’t actively use what you read your life will never change. You will remain stuck and unhappy.

Is This Blog Just For Women?

I write with women in mind and I share my personal story because women love to talk and share. When I share my story it inspires other women – many of us go through similar issues even if we are from different communities. Plus I believe we have a lot to learn by understanding our ‘story’ and sharing it.  Guys. If you don’t mind the sharing and the focus on women you are more than welcome to join in. I appreciate and value men who are open enough to share their thoughts.

Same goes for age too. Under 30 and need self confidence support. Feel free to join in. I talk a lot about the “kids growing up and leaving to go to University (College) or leaving home” which may be something you are not going through right now so you can take out of the blog what works for you.

To use a phrase from the wax on and wax off video

I promise to teach how to build self confidence, I do my part. You promise learn, I say, you do, no question. That your part…. deal?
