What’s your perspective on things?

We spend so much time believing that our cirumstances dictate our perspective on life. So if we are in the middle of a crisis life is “bad” and if we are madly in love life is “fantastic”

Your way of looking at and/or intrepreting a situation that happens in your life is what determines your perspective.

If life is great no matter what happens then your perspective will be one way, if life is awful no matter what happens then the experiences of your life will be another.

When you take on a different perspective and outlook on life you can give yourself some powerful choices about where you want to go or what you want to do next and a simple change in perspective can make all the difference to how you feel.

Try it now. If there is something bothering you see it from a different perspective. I am not going to tell you what perspective to see it from and will trust that you can do that now all by yourself !

Changing perspective obviously works well when things arent going great and can make all the difference to helping you get through it.
