Diane,
Our purpose also lies in realising that living in peace with others, the foundation of happiness, is our purpose and finding ways to allow others the freedom to do the same, helping them to achieve and explore their happiness in their way. How we support, encourage and motivate others in a way that causes us to gain and be fulfilled is where we find our purpose - effortlessly.

Thanks for the tip. Our happiness definitely is inherent with living our purpose but unfortunately too many people miss the point and get wrapped up in trying to discover what their purpose is....

So if you're reading this and that's you relax a little. When you let go you will be surprised at how much comes to you!

Diane,
This is such a huge topic. I believe that our happiness is wrapped around discovering and living our purpose in life. People tend to over analyze this topic which makes uncovering their purpose so difficult. It doesn't need to be!

Here's a tip on discovering your life purpose: Think back, starting from childhood, and identify the times in your life when you felt really good, really happy and time just stood still. What were you doing, who were you with? Were you talking or listening. Were you with others or alone? The key to knowing what you're meant to be doing is identifying what makes you happy.

When you start thinking this way, ideas will come to you and in a moment you'll have that "aha" clarity of what you're meant to be doing.
