4. Coaching Services

Inspirational Guidance coaching services are provided by either a professional life coach and/or AI services. Users will clearly be notified which service they are using.

  • Schedule changes require 24 hours' notice from either party
  • No refunds after booking form submission
  • Outcomes are not guaranteed

Client Responsibilities

  • Attend sessions punctually
  • Complete assigned work
  • Use provided materials for personal use only
  • No distribution or reproduction of any provided materials

5. Digital Products

6. Purchases and Downloads

When purchasing digital products:

  • Each digital product can be downloaded up to 5 times
  • Download links are provided upon successful purchase
  • You are responsible for saving and backing up downloaded materials
  • Downloads are tracked in our system for verification purposes

7. Refund Policy

  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed
  • Refunds may be issued if our system confirms the product has not been downloaded or used
  • Life coaching services are non-refundable after booking form submission
  • Technical issues preventing download access will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

8. Intellectual Property

  • Sharing, redistributing, or reselling materials is strictly prohibited
  • You may not modify or create derivative works from our materials
  • Life coaching session materials must not be distributed or reproduced

  • Multiple downloads do not constitute multiple licenses
